JPG Designs is a brand of Evo Media LLC. By accessing or using the website at https://jpgdesigns.com, contacting our team, or engaging our creative design, media production, and web development services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

4. Service Agreements & Proposals

Any formal creative media, web development, or branding projects undertaken by JPG Designs are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the client and Evo Media LLC. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and an executed MSA, the terms of the MSA shall govern.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Evo Media LLC, its brand JPG Designs, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or communications systems.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
